LEVEL 3

As you would expect, at this level we will even go a step further into learning everything you need to know about the hospitality industry. On the service side we will teach you everything about coffee and how to make mocktails. In the kitchen, we will talk about different cuisines around the world and go into the details of nutrients.

LEVEL 2

In this level we will go a step further on both sides of service. We also invited some external professionals for you, who are going to talk about natural wines and beers. And we are going to cook!

LEVEL 1

In this level, we will tackle all the basics you need to know for both the service side as well as the kitchen side. We will take our first steps into the plant powered kitchen and we will show you how to treat your guests.
